Five indicators were used to rate the cities:
- university rankings,
- student mix (student population, international student population),
- quality of living (a score based on the results of the Mercer Quality of Living Survey 2011),
- employer activity (popularity among local and foreign employers),
- affordability (tuition fees, Mercer Cost of Living Index).
Moscow ranks 37th.
The ranking is controversial so you interact with the vis on your own responsibility...
I like it. Surprising that Paris and London are on top with Boston vs New York City.
